I adored my stay at this hotel. The penthouses are luxurious and have such a lovely tub with kitchen facilities. The service lacked a bit in basic customer care, but the room service and laundry were top-notch. The location couldn't be better, being right downtown and close to all the shops. I wouldn't mind a more varied dining menu, although the inclusion of homemade ice-cream was a nice touch. The facilities overall were fantastic.
